After many years in their family home, the customer decided it was time to downsize to better suit their current lifestyle. Their new three-bedroom bungalow offered comfort, practicality, and a great location just a short walk from the seafront in Holywood. What followed was a full renovation to make the space truly their own.

The customer wanted a renovation that would stand the test of time, using high-quality products that were both durable and versatile. While exploring different skirting and architrave styles, they decided on SAM’s stepped range, specifically SAM5219 Chamfer Stepped.
